The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The details are below.

Who we are

JotOwl (www.jotowl.com) is a small independent shop selling digital printables on Etsy. You can reach us anytime at hello@jotowl.com.

What we collect, and why

Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter or free printable, we collect your email address. Subscriptions are handled by Buttondown, which stores your address on our behalf. We use it only to send the emails you asked for, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, and we use it only to reply to you.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and shows us only aggregate numbers — page views and referrers, never individual visitors. We don't run advertising trackers, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Purchases happen on Etsy

We don't sell anything on this site. When you buy from our shop, the transaction happens on Etsy and is governed by Etsy's privacy policy. We never see your payment details.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. If you'd like us to delete your email address or anything you've sent us, write to hello@jotowl.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start collecting more than what's described here.
